RE: Flags at Half-Staff on July 3, 2010
We are saddened to hear of the tragic deaths while in the line of duty of Officer David Curtis and Officer Jeffrey Kocab of the Tampa Police Department.
In memory of Officer Curtis and Officer Kocab, the Governor approves the flying of the State flag at half-staff from sunrise to sunset at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, the City Hall of Tampa, the Tampa Police Department, and any other public agencies that want to honor the officers on the date of Officer Curtis’ and Officer Kocab’s funerals, Saturday, July 3, 2010.
