Governor’s flag order for the Commonwealth of Virginia
This is to order that the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia shall be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the Commonwealth of Virginia in respect and memory of former Virginia legislator George W. Jones. I hereby order that the flags shall be lowered immediately on Wednesday, July 7, 2010, and remain at half-staff until sunset and again at sunrise on Thursday, July 8, 2010 and remain at half-staff until sunset.
