Governor's flag order for the state Capitol building in Richmond
This is to order that the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia are to be flown at half-staff over the state Capitol building in respect and memory of United States Army Sergeant First Class Kristopher D. Chapleau. I hereby order that the flags shall be lowered at sunrise on Wednesday, July 14, 2010, and remain at half-staff until sunset.
Ordered on this the 13th day of July, 2010.
Governor’s flag authorization for the City of Virginia Beach
Be it further encouraged that the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Virginia may be flown at half-staff on all local, state, and federal buildings and grounds in the City of Virginia Beach in respect and memory of United States Army Sergeant First Class Kristopher D. Chapleau. I hereby authorize that the flags may be lowered at sunrise on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 and remain at half-staff until sunset.
